Hi, I’m Anthony.

​

I’m a freediving Instructor Trainer, author, and co-founder of VD Freediving in Taiwan.

 

For more than a decade, I’ve coached divers of all levels, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

​

My work has taken me from Taiwan to Vertical Blue in the Bahamas, where I served as Head Coach for Taiwanese athletes. During the competition, our team earned a bronze medal and set an Asian Continental Record.

I’ve also written several freediving books, including Master Hands-Free Equalization and The Depth Collector series. I wrote them for divers who want to train smarter, understand what they’re doing underwater, and build real depth with purpose.

Freediving has taken me across the world, from Bali and Tonga to the Philippines and beyond. The people I’ve met along the way have shaped not only the way I teach, but also the way I see the ocean and the sport itself.

The goal has never changed: to explore every aspect of freediving and keep going deeper into each one.
