Hi, I’m Anthony.

​

I’m a freediving Instructor Trainer, author, and co-founder of VD Freediving in Taiwan. I’ve spent more than a decade teaching and coaching divers, from complete beginners to elite athletes.

My work has taken me from Taiwan to Vertical Blue in the Bahamas, where I served as Head Coach for Taiwanese athletes. It was there that our team won a bronze medal and set an Asian Continental Record.

I’ve also written several freediving books, including Master Hands-Free Equalization and The Depth Collector series. I wrote them for freedivers who want to train smarter, understand what they’re doing, and dive better.

 

​Freediving has taken me across the world, from Bali and Tonga to the Philippines and beyond. The friends I’ve met along the way have shaped the way I teach.

 

The goal has never changed: to explore every aspect of freediving and go deeper into each one.
